Commercial carpentry services across the Gold Coast

Carpentry covers most of what actually fails in a commercial building. Make-good is the commercial job most likely to end in a dispute if the scope is vague. We quote against what the lease actually requires: removing partitions, fixings and signage, patching and repairing walls and ceilings, reinstating doors and hardware, repairing trims and floors, and preparing the tenancy for inspection and handover. Getting a written scope early gives the outgoing tenant time to approve it and the incoming tenant a clean starting point.

Most of our commercial carpentry happens while a building is in use.
