Overview

Landscaping means different things to different people. For some it is mowing and pruning. For us it is construction: the walls, paving, steps, garden beds, timber structures, fences and decks that make up the bones of an outdoor space. We work with Gold Coast homeowners who want to turn a sloping, bare or tired backyard into somewhere they actually use. That might be a full outdoor transformation with retaining, paving, a deck and new fencing, or a single focused job such as garden beds and a path along the side of the house. Because we are a licensed building company with carpenters on the team, the hard landscaping and the structures are built by the same people, in the right order. Planting can be added at the end, but the value is in getting the levels, drainage and structures right first.

Landscape construction, not garden maintenance

We focus on the built elements of a landscape. If you need a lawn mown or hedges trimmed, a gardening service is the right call. If you need the yard levelled, walled, paved, fenced and given structure, that is where we come in.

Outdoor transformations

Larger jobs usually combine several trades: excavation and retaining walls, drainage, paving, a deck or patio, fencing and garden beds. We plan the sequence so each stage sets up the next, and price the whole project as a single fixed quote.

Garden beds and garden structures

Raised sleeper beds, edged garden beds along fences and paths, planter boxes, screens and timber garden structures give a yard definition. We build them to drain properly and to last in Gold Coast sun and rain.

Timber landscaping

Timber brings warmth to a landscape: sleeper walls and edging, batten screens, bench seating, planter boxes and timber steps. As carpenters we detail timber to shed water and use fixings suited to outdoor exposure.

Outdoor entertaining areas

Do you do lawn mowing or garden maintenance?

No. We focus on landscape construction: retaining walls, paving, garden beds, timber landscaping, fencing, steps and decks.

Can you do a whole backyard in one project?

Yes. That is where we add the most value. One team handles groundwork, walls, paving, structures and fencing in the right order, under a single fixed-price quote.

Do you do planting?

Our focus is the built side of the landscape. Garden beds can be prepared and finished ready for planting, and we are happy to work alongside a garden designer or nursery for the planting plan.

How much does landscaping cost on the Gold Coast?

It depends entirely on scope: a set of garden beds is a very different job to a full yard with retaining, paving and a deck. We inspect and give you an itemised fixed price.

Do I need approvals for landscaping work?

Most garden beds, paving and garden structures do not, but some elements such as higher retaining walls, decks, pool-area work or structures near boundaries can have requirements. We identify these during the inspection.

Can you improve a rental or a house before sale?

Yes. Tidy fencing, a repaired deck, new garden beds and a clean paved area can make a real difference to how a property presents. We also offer property maintenance.
