Enquiries and project photos

When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, address, service, message and optional photos you provide. We store enquiries and attachments in our customer and job records to respond, prepare quotes and manage work. We may match an enquiry with an existing customer using their email or phone number. Enquiry notifications and confirmations use our email delivery services.

Address suggestions use Google Places through Lovable. Typed address text is sent for lookup. Selecting a suggestion can provide address components and coordinates for the property record; you can instead type your address manually. Only upload photos you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary images of people or sensitive documents. Uploading a photo is not consent to publish it as project marketing.

Career and trade applications

Applications collect the details you enter about your experience, work preferences and availability, together with any documents you choose to attach. These are held in restricted applicant records and document storage for recruitment and follow-up. Workplace onboarding and job-specific safety records have separate access controls and are not publicly browsable.

AI renovation planner

The planner sends your description, selected style and reference photo or previous concept to the Lovable AI service for image generation. The current image service uses Google's Gemini image model. If you submit an estimate enquiry, your contact details, project description and concept can also be saved and sent for follow-up. Do not include confidential information, identity documents or images you do not have permission to use. AI concepts are guidance, not final designs or quotations.

Website measurement and advertising

The website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, together with first-party page-visit and phone-link tracking. These tools can process page visits, referrers, browser/device information, cookies and campaign identifiers. Clicking a phone link is measured as a click, not proof of a completed call.

Marketing attribution is kept in browser session and local storage and attached to enquiries, including the landing page, form page and campaign identifiers. Quote conversions can be sent to Meta with matching contact information, IP address, browser information and available Meta cookies. These uses go beyond simply replying to your message. Browser privacy settings and third-party advertising preferences can limit some tracking.

Service providers and access

Lovable provides website hosting, Cloud records, file storage, email and AI infrastructure. Google supplies address lookup, analytics, advertising and the planner's current image model; Meta supplies advertising measurement. External map tiles are supplied by OpenStreetMap. These services may process information outside Australia under their own terms. We have not confirmed a single storage country or a fixed provider retention period and do not promise either. Customer, applicant and private document records are access-controlled; public website photographs are different from privately uploaded enquiry attachments.

Tell us enough to identify the relevant enquiry or application; do not email unnecessary sensitive documents. Requests may require identity checks and may be affected by record-keeping obligations. A fixed business retention schedule has not yet been confirmed; contact us for information about your particular record.
