Orange Projects is a QBCC licensed builder working across the Gold Coast and Logan. Our work covers renovations, kitchens, carpentry, decking, pergolas, flooring, cladding and outdoor building. We are not a volume home builder and we do not build new houses; we focus on improving, repairing and adding to existing homes and commercial spaces.

Most of our jobs come from homeowners, landlords and property managers who want one licensed team to look after the whole job, rather than chasing separate trades.

Renovations for Gold Coast homes

The Coast has everything from 1970s brick lowsets and timber Queenslanders to canal homes and newer estate houses. Older homes often need layout changes, new kitchens and flooring, while newer homes are usually about better finishes and outdoor space. Decking, pergolas and outdoor building

We build timber decking and composite decking, pergolas and patios, retaining walls, Colorbond fencing, paving and landscaping. Coastal conditions mean fixings and materials matter, and we talk through the options before quoting.

Carpentry and property improvements

Smaller jobs are welcome too. We do carpentry, hybrid flooring, cladding, feature walls, garage conversions and insurance repairs, plus commercial carpentry for offices and shops.
