Paving looks simple, but most of the work is underneath. A compacted base, the right bedding, falls that take water away from the house and solid edging are what keep pavers flat and tight for years instead of sinking, rocking and holding puddles. We lay paving for Gold Coast homes as a standalone job or as part of a wider landscaping project: a new entertaining area off the back of the house, side paths, garden paths, pool surrounds and replacement of old paving that has moved or cracked. Patio paving

Why do pavers sink?
Usually because the base was not compacted properly, the bedding is too thick, or water is getting underneath. Fixing the base and drainage is the only lasting solution.
Paving or concrete for an entertaining area?
Both work. Paving gives more design options and is easier to repair in sections; concrete can be more economical over large areas. See our concrete slabs service.
Can you pave around my pool?
Where suitable, yes. We assess slip resistance, drainage, the pool fence and the existing coping before recommending paving for a pool surround.
Can you relay my existing pavers?
Often, if they are in good condition. We lift them, fix the base and relay them, replacing any broken pavers.
