Residential property maintenance

For homes and residential investment properties, maintenance is almost always a list rather than a single job. Doors that stick or fail to latch, damaged plasterboard, a cracked or sagging ceiling section, split or missing trims, and external timber - decks, steps, screens, pergolas, handrails and gates - that has taken years of sun, rain and salt air.
