Filling, caulking and paint preparation
The finish is in the preparation. Nail holes are punched and filled, joins are sanded flush, and the top edge is caulked to the wall so there is no dark line once the room is painted. If you are painting yourself we leave it ready to go, and if we are managing the paintwork it is scheduled straight after.
Single rooms and small jobs
Not every job is a whole house. Replacing the skirting in one bedroom, fixing a section damaged by a washing machine leak, or trimming out a new wall after a renovation are all normal work for us.
