Orange Projects holds QBCC Licence No. 15620733 and is fully insured for residential and commercial decking work.
We handle removal and disposal, footings, posts, bearers, joists, stairs, fascia and balustrades, so one team is responsible for the whole deck.
Hardwoods such as Merbau, Spotted Gum and Blackbutt, or composite boards from Ekodeck and Ezy Decking. Supply and install, or install only if you are supplying the boards.
On replacement jobs we check the existing structure before quoting. Framing is only reused when its condition and size suit the new deck.
You get an itemised, fixed price in writing after we measure, with stairs, balustrades and any engineering listed separately.

Old treated timber shouldn't be burnt or mulched. It goes to the proper waste stream. Disposal is listed in our quote so it isn't an extra later.
Can anything be reused?
Sound concrete footings in the right place can sometimes stay. Old timber frames rarely meet current spans. Roof posts may stay if they are sound and properly supported.

Prices
As a general guide, timber decking runs roughly $350 to $550 per m² and composite $450 to $700 per m² supplied and installed, depending on height, access, framing and finishes. Removal and disposal are priced separately in the quote. Install only is also available. See deck replacement.
